Your data is protected with the following practices:
Privacy Policy - All professionals working on your engagement are required to sign acknowledgement and compliance with the firm's privacy policy which forbids disclosure of your information to unauthorized parties.
Data Security - Access to your electronic information is protected by password, and the computer system is protected by a fire wall and virus protection software. Your electronic data is encrypted with 128 bit data encryption, making the data unaccessible to unauthorized users. Your data is also backed-up off-line on an encrypted server located in the United States.
Paper Security - Most of the paper documents that you provide are scanned and stored on an encrypted computer. If the actual documents are not returned to you, they are shredded to a size of 5/32 x 1 inch. In addition, all draft work product not retained is shredded.
